I think Donny is trying to look through manuals to find a way to reverse the effect of his invention on Mikey.
At least, I think so... I may have been watching that episode where the turtles turned little (Old Toon) when I drew this.
Just darkened the lines and edited just a bit, but proportions are still a bit off. XD;;
